- Reaching a settlement with your insurer for your dwelling: The amount your insurer agrees to pay for the repairs to your home is, of course, one of the most critical elements of the entire restoration process and where this firm’s services may have the largest impact. Insurance funds for repairs are generally disbursed piecemeal through your lender (if you have one), which participates in the repair process. I will assist you in dealing with your lender, including the preparation of any paperwork required by the lender. I will make myself available even after the dwelling, contents and other major elements of your claim are settled with your insurer, so that if additional issues arise which pertain to your policy or benefits, I can address them.
